Does an SMS receipt count like a printed one?
Yes, it is fully legal. The customer gets a link with items, VAT and total, and the receipt is recorded in the Back Office like any other.

Do I need a printer?
No. If you also want paper, add a printer and it prints as normal. The Sunmi terminal has one built in.

What does it run on?
Any Android tablet or phone, an iPhone or iPad, or a Sunmi terminal we supply.

Does it work without internet?
Yes. You keep issuing receipts, sales are stored on the device and upload by themselves when the connection is back.

Do I need my own Viva or JCC account?
Yes, your own Viva or JCC account, with their app on the same device. The till hands it the amount, the customer taps the card, nothing is typed twice.

How many staff can I have?
As many as you need. Each one signs in with their own PIN and sees only what you allow.

How many tills does the subscription cover?
One till per shop. A second shop needs a second subscription.

Do I have to enter products one by one?
You enter them once, from the Back Office on a computer or from the tablet: name, category, VAT, price. If you have your products in an Excel list, we enter them for you. If you want help, we walk you through it on the phone.

What does my accountant get?
Daily, product and VAT reports, and the Z of every day, from the Back Office, wherever they are.

What does €22 a month include?
Everything: till, Back Office, reports, Z, staff, offline mode, card payments, support. Only SMS, the device and the printer are extra.

How much do SMS cost?
€13.50 per 1,000 SMS. Prepaid packs you buy from the Back Office, you pay only for what you send.

What happens after the 30 days?
You decide whether to continue. We do not have your card, so nothing is charged by itself. And after that, you cancel any time.

What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. You download reports and products from the Back Office whenever you like, and before you go. If you ask, we delete it.

What support do I get?
